The three-layer tile press is a mechanical equipment used for producing color steel plates, which can produce color plates with smooth appearance, uniform paint patterns, good strength, and long service life. The technical parameters of the three-layer tile press include the machine's external dimensions, roll type, main beam frame material, roll shaft diameter, middle plate thickness, main engine power, self weight, automatic shaping and shearing system, hydraulic station power, electrical control system, etc. For example, some models have dimensions of 6.5 meters x 1.7 meters x 1.7 meters, with a main beam frame welded with 300mmH steel, a roller shaft diameter of 70mm, a middle plate thickness of 18mm, a main engine power of 3KW, and a self weight of approximately 4300kg. In terms of work efficiency, normal production can reach 1000 meters per hour, with a wide range of rolled materials and thicknesses, suitable for various thicknesses of aluminum and steel plates.
Operation and maintenance
The operation of the three-layer tile press requires the entire machine to be controlled by computer PLC frequency conversion, with a high degree of automation. Operators need to control the operation of the machine by setting device parameters and user parameters. The maintenance and upkeep of the machine are relatively simple, with dedicated detection and execution parts such as frequency converter drive motors, hydraulic station motors, hydraulic solenoid valves, as well as PLC control systems, which have input/output interfaces and can be used in conjunction with text screens to complete functions such as parameter setting, alarm display, and production data display.
